how to insert beads
to insert beads into your knitting, you will need a crochet hook that fits through the hole in your beads. on the stitch that you want to insert a bead:
slide the stitch off the left knitting needle
place a bead onto the crochet hook
insert the crochet hook through the stitch and use the hook to pull it up through the hole of the bead
put the stitch back onto the left needle (the bead will sit directly under the needle) & knit it normally
